Reservation and Cancellation Policy

  
Tour Reservation:

        1#  30% of package cost is required when making reservation: the rest of the amount must be received by  
             35 days prior to departure date.  Failure to comply with deposit and final payment requirement will  
             result in cancellation of your reservation and no refund of deposit will be given. 
             The paid deposit may not apply to  another party, tour date or tour itinerary.

  Tour Cancellation:   
            To avoid a cancellation charge, a notice of cancellation must be received prior to the tour date as
             follows..

  Air Reservation:
     1#   All international airline tickets require to issue within 48 hours after reservation is made and confirmed.
     2#   Airfare may change, based on the time of purchase. 
     3#   After issued ticket:  Any Change or Cancellation
                  International Ticket:  Based on Airline rule: Airline Penalty + Service charge + any fare difference
                  Myanmar domestic airline tickets :  Non-refundable.
                                                                             If change: Penalty + fare difference + change fee apply.

  Smoking:  
 Smoking is not allowed on tour buses and Hotel.


Shopping:
The operator is more than happy to assist you with shopping needs, but is not responsible for goods price and quality. Please retain receipt for future after-sales correspondence purpose.


Baggage: 
Due to limited bus capacity, one baggage and one carry-on are suggested to be carried. Please refer to individual airlines for dimensions and weight regulation. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passengers belonging.   Baggage insurance is recommended.
  
Travel Insurance:  
           We strongly recommend our customers to acquire insurance on medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. We act as agent for suppliers of transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations, all terms and conditions will be borne by the respective suppliers, and Achiever Vacation shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage of properties, injury to people, delays, accidents, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.

Responsibilities:
                  Achiever Vacation, Inc. is acts only in the capacity of agents for airlines, hotels, bus companies, railroads or shipping lines providing transportations, hotel accommodations and other services. If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the operator, the operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expenses will be payable by tour participants and any resulting savings will be refunded by the operator to tour participants. All Passport, Visas, Baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the tour participant. Travel insurance is recommended.

                  The operator, reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever the operator deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time.
 
                The tour participant agrees that neither the operator nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expenses occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person. There shall be no refund for any unused services provided in the itinerary.
